Thatch research update

This workshop presents the results to date of an NFU Mutual Insurance and Historic England research project being undertaken at the FPA’s advanced fire test laboratory. The investigation has the advantage of full-scale test facilities and state-of-the-art instrumentation systems to look at prevalent thatch fire causation.

This free of charge workshop will follow the RISCAuthority members’ seminar and is one day before the Fire Sector Summit, all at the same venue, in order that those with a professional interest in thatch as well as fire safety may combine attendance at both events. See flyer for booking details.
