Wulf Daseking is Professor at the University of Freiburg’s Institute of Sociology. He was Chief Planning Officer in Freiburg between 1984 and 2012 where his main focus was on Rieselfeld, Vauban and inner city planning, the project Soziale Stadt (“Social City”) project, public spaces and citizen participation.
