Short details of the courses are set out below, each with a link to the individual course web page. Full details of all courses can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conted.ox.ac.uk\/cwhe\">here.<\/a><a href=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These short\npractical courses are designed to provide training in key skills and concepts\nfor archaeologists and built heritage professionals. Our course directors and\ntutors are leading professionals who offer expertise and insights drawn from\nmany years of working experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme is\nendorsed by CIfA, the IHBC and FAME, and has been developed in conjunction with\nleading heritage practices. Courses are linked to the National Occupational\nStandards for Archaeology, and for Town Planning, Conservation and Building\nControl, and are widely accepted for continuous professional development.\nDetails of National Occupational Standards links can be found on the course web\npages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Short details of the programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Archaeological survey using airborne lidar is a technique that has been\nadded to the toolbox of the archaeological surveyor, and when used in the\nappropriate circumstances it can reveal archaeological remains in exceptional\ndetail.
