Early bird bookings for\u00a0the final ever BRICK event, our London Conference\u00a0‘Learning for the Future: How to evaluate the impact of heritage projects’<\/em>, are now open!<\/p>\n

The BRICK programme will be coming to an end next Spring, and we’re\u00a0wrapping up four successful years with a final conference on the theme of\u00a0evaluation<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a key element of any\u00a0heritage project.\u00a0The\u00a0event will be split over two days, each with a slightly different focus:<\/p>\n

Day 1\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Evaluation: What is it and Why is it Important?<\/strong>
\nThe first day will set the scene and provide an overview of evaluation and what it entails. This day will be essential for anyone looking to understand the significance of evaluating heritage projects.<\/p>\n

Themes covered will include:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Role and Anatomy of Evaluation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Perspective of Funders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0National and International Reflections\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Format:<\/strong>\u00a0The day will consist of presentations, breakout sessions, panel discussions and case studies.<\/p>\n

Day 2\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Evaluation: Top Tips and Techniques<\/strong>
\nThe second day will focus on how to prepare and deliver high quality evaluation within the heritage sector. This day will also feature an evaluation of the Heritage Lottery Fund’s\u00a0Catalyst Programme, including reflections on the BRICK Programme.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Big Five: Benchmarking, Monitoring, Reporting, Outcomes and Legacies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Process and Best Practice
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0HLF Catalyst Programme and BRICK: The Story<\/em><\/p>\n
